What’s Covered

Washer or dryer fails to start

Machine stops mid-cycle

Drum doesn’t spin or drain

Dryer fails to heat

Payment or control panel malfunction

If no attendant is present, bring photo and video proof of the issue to staff the next day, and we’ll make it right.

What’s Not Covered

User error (e.g., overloaded machines, incorrect settings, foreign objects causing jams, unplugging the machine)

Cosmetic issues that don’t affect function

Third-party payment issues (e.g., card declined, app crash)

How to Claim the Guarantee

If an attendant is present: Notify them before removing your laundry from the machine.

If no attendant is present: You must provide both photo and video proof of the issue and show it to an on-site team member the next day.

Timing Requirements

Issues must be reported same-day, or next-day with visual proof.

Reports made later may not be eligible.

What You’ll Receive

One free rewash in a same-size or larger machine

If a rewash can’t be provided immediately, Cycle Card credit will be issued

No refunds

Limitations

One rewash per incident

Guarantee does not apply to repeat claims without clear, verifiable machine failure

Repeated or suspicious claims may be denied at management’s discretion

Cycle Laundromat reserves the right to refuse claims that appear to abuse the spirit of this guarantee
